New Double-Lined Kraft Corrugated Cuttings

Double lined kraft is the die-cut scrap from box-converting operations. These cuttings are extremely clean and dry.

Material specifications

• Consists of new corrugated cuttings having liners of either test liner, jute, or kraft. Treated medium or liners, insoluble adhesives, butt rolls, slabbed or hogged medium, are not acceptable in this grade.
• Prohibitive materials are not permitted.
• Total Outthrows may not exceed 2%.

There are different qualities within DLK, DLK with a Colored Top, less than 20% Colored Top over 20% DLK dark medium with a light wax.
